Maybe it is always so, but it seems to me that this has been a great year for Jack-in-the-pulpits. I have seen them along the Carriage Trail, at Cathedral State Park, and in my own front yard. I never tire of looking at them or photographing them. Here are a few favorite pictures from this year.
